Terms of service

Nothing here is a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer in the customer's jurisdiction. The seller is ALGD LTD, company number NI744090, 121 Glencam Road, Omagh, Tyrone, BT79 7HB, United Kingdom ("we"). The service is RestaurantRollup, at https://restaurantrollup.com.

1. What the service is

RestaurantRollup takes point-of-sale exports and invoice totals that you upload, normalises them per site per trading day, and prints a weekly pack: net sales, average check, labour percentage, food cost percentage, exceptions against thresholds you set, and a brand-standard audit with photos. It does not connect to your tills, does not store card data, and does not provide accounting, tax or payroll advice.

2. Your account and your data

You are responsible for who you give a login to and for the exports you upload. You own the records you create and may export them at any time as CSV. You must have the right to upload whatever the file contains — if an export names employees, that is your data, uploaded under your instruction, and we are the processor of it.

3. Numbers are only as good as the file

The pack is arithmetic on the rows you import. If an export is wrong, a date is ambiguous, or a week's invoices are missing, the pack will be wrong or incomplete, and the app marks missing data rather than inventing a figure. Check the import report after each file: it names every row it refused and why.

4. Availability

The service is provided on a best-efforts basis, without a service-level agreement. We take a daily snapshot of the volume, and a nightly job traces the core path (import → pack → export); if you lose data that the app confirmed, the refund policy says what we owe you.

5. Fees

The plan is $99 per month for the whole group, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. There is no per-site charge and no contract term. See the refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to store data you are not entitled to store, and do not share a login outside your group.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude liability for consequential loss. We are not liable for business decisions taken on the pack's figures.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period and the CSV export stays available for 30 days after that. We may close an account that is used unlawfully, giving notice unless the law forbids it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
